Known by the botanical name Cinnamomic zeylanicum, Cinnamon Bark extract is taken from the bark of the tree through steam distillation process. The cinnamon tree is an evergreen native to China & Vietnam and has shiny, leathery green leaves as well as small, white flowers with oval shaped purple berries.

The bergamot is a tiny, fragil tree belongs to Rutaceae family,having resembelance to other citrus plants, such as orange and lemon. The oil is obtained by cold expression method, from the fresh peel Of Citrus bergamia Risso & Poiteau. It is a clear, yellowish-green and has sweet fruity odor.It yields orange-like fruits twice a year. The peel of the fresh fruit is the source of bergamot oil other sources are rind, leaf and twig. It is native to Asia, but cultivated mostly in Calabria, Italy.

Bergamot is used for high levels of cholesterol or other fats in the blood. It is also used for anxiety, mental alertness, joint pain, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these other uses. Don't confuse bergamot with other citrus fruits such as bitter orange and sweet orange.

The oil is obtained by steam distillation of the flowering tops of Rosmarinus officinalis. The oil is a colourless to pale yellow free-flowing liquid, with herbal, camphoreous, woody, balsamic notes. The main chemical components of rosemary oil include a-pinene, borneol, b-pinene, camphor, bornyl acetate, camphene, 1,8-cineole, and limonene. The oil is used in flavour, medicinal, mouth wash and fragrance preparations.

Coriander Oleoresins are obtained by the solvent extraction of dried, ripe fruits of the herb Coriandrum sativum. The product has a combination of sweet, aromatic flavours, with musty and citrus-like notes. It is a free-flowing, homogeneous dark to golden-brown liquid.
